Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, protocols, testing, and working with Stack & Thrive.

Ordering & Process

Stack & Thrive acts as a third-party ordering concierge on your behalf. You select your products on the Order Concierge page -- no payment is collected on this site. Asha reviews your order, confirms availability with the vendor within 24 hours, then sends you a Stripe invoice for the product cost + $60 flat shipping + $35 concierge fee. Once your invoice is paid, your order ships directly to your door. Asha never holds or handles your products.

Once your Stripe invoice is paid and your order is placed with the vendor, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Most products are shipped from overseas, so international transit time applies. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

The concierge fee covers Asha's time to coordinate your order with the vendor, confirm stock availability, provide protocol education and support, answer your questions, and manage the entire ordering process on your behalf. The fee is $35 for bulk orders and $15 for single vial orders -- charged once per order, not per product. This fee is non-refundable once your order has been placed with the vendor.

Order changes or cancellations may be possible before your Stripe invoice is paid. Once payment is received and the order is placed with the vendor, all sales are final. Please review your selections carefully before paying your invoice. The $35 concierge fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome.

At this time, Stack & Thrive Concierge ordering services are available to US residents only. International shipping is not currently supported. If you are outside the US and are interested in consulting or education services, please reach out via the Concierge Sign-Up form.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You will receive an invoice link by email once your order is confirmed. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards. No payment information is ever collected on this website.

Yes! Click the "Don't See What You're Looking For? View Full Inventory" accordion on the Order Concierge page to see all available products from our vendor. If you'd like to order something from the full inventory list, simply note it in the Special Requests / Notes field when submitting your order request.

Single Vial Concierge Order ($15 service fee): Ideal for clients who need one or a few specific peptides. Asha sources the product from the best available vendor at the time of your order. We are partnered with several reputable companies and will always select the highest quality product available. Orders over $200 typically qualify for free shipping from most of our partner vendors.

Yes! Stack & Thrive is an affiliate partner with several reputable peptide companies. Once you become a member, Asha will personally send you the most relevant vendor links and any available discount codes based on your specific protocol and product needs. Axon Peptides is one of our partners (use code ASHA20 for 20% off), but we work with multiple companies to ensure you always have access to the best available products at the best price. This is a great option for clients who want faster access or prefer to place their own orders.

Product Quality & Testing

Our vendor claims to batch test all products prior to shipping and can provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) upon request. However, Stack & Thrive strongly encourages all clients to conduct their own independent third-party testing to verify purity, identity, and quality. See the testing resources below for recommended labs.

You can request a COA for any product by contacting Asha after your order is placed. COAs are provided by the vendor and reflect their internal batch testing. For independent verification, we recommend submitting a sample to one of the third-party testing labs listed below.

We recommend the following reputable independent peptide testing laboratories. Each provides HPLC purity analysis, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and a Certificate of Analysis:

Freedom Diagnostics Testing Fastest Turnaround

Blood Testing & Baseline Labs

While not required, we strongly recommend getting baseline blood work before starting any peptide protocol. Knowing your starting numbers (hormones, metabolic markers, inflammation levels, etc.) allows Asha to tailor your protocol more precisely and helps you track real progress over time. It also helps identify any contraindications before you begin.

Stack & Thrive is partnered with Rythm Health for at-home blood testing. Rythm Health offers comprehensive panels that can be done from the comfort of your home -- no clinic visit required.

Rythm Health $20 Off First Order

What Are Peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids -- the same building blocks that make up proteins. While proteins can contain hundreds of amino acids, peptides are smaller (typically 2-50 amino acids) and are naturally produced throughout your body. They act as biological messengers, signaling cells and organs to perform specific functions.

Your body already makes thousands of peptides naturally. Hormones like insulin, growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), and oxytocin are all peptides. Therapeutic peptides work by mimicking or amplifying these natural signals -- helping your body do more of what it already knows how to do.

🔬
How They Work
Peptides bind to specific receptors on cell surfaces, triggering targeted biological responses -- from fat metabolism to tissue repair.
💉
Administration
Most research peptides are administered via subcutaneous injection. Some are available as nasal sprays, oral tablets, or topical creams.
⚗️
Research Status
Many peptides are in active clinical research. Some are FDA-approved; others are research-use only. We clearly label each peptide's status.
🛡️
Safety First
Peptide use should always be supervised by a licensed healthcare provider. Source quality, dosing, and individual health status all matter.

The peptides in this library represent the most commonly researched and discussed compounds in the wellness community. Click any card to expand full details including typical protocols, key considerations, and FDA status.
